My name is Wendi Barczynski and I am the center director at Abundant Life Christian Child Care Center. Children have been my passion since I was a young woman. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from North Central University in Children's Ministry. I have been working with children for over 25 years.
For 20 years, I served as a director of Children's Ministry for several churches throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. For the past 5 years, I have been involved in child care in various capacities from preschool teacher to assistant director. I have four children of my own whom I am very proud of. Ashley and Joshua are my oldest and both married and with children of their own. Jordan is enlisted in the Marines. Alida, my youngest, is in high school.
I reside in Menomonee Falls with my husband, Wayne and our lab/shepherd mix dog, Amber. I am filled with anticipation for what God has planned for our learning center. I want to assure you that I am here to facilitate a quality education for your child in a safe, loving environment.
Hello, my name is Ms. Naomi. I live in Dousman. I have been married for 11 years and I have four amazing children. I was a stay at home mom for the last 10 years raising my children and I have come back to work doing what I love. Ever since I was little, I have loved children and knew I wanted a big family. I feel like I have so much love to give to kids. I truly believe that children make the world go round. What I enjoy most is watching the world throughout the eyes of a child and seeing the simple things that bring so much happiness to them as they learn and accomplish new things. I am in the process of going back to school and continuing my education in Early Childhood Education.
By the time children come to this room, most are potty trained. But do not stress if they're not. The teachers here will continue to work with each child to master potty training and any other skills that are needed before they enter 4k. There is a lot of pre-literacy and pre-math activities here. Teachers work to help children learn the shapes and sounds of letters, shapes, colors, numbers, and counting are also practiced here in many creative ways. Most of the time, children don't even realize that they are "learning".
